What could be more representative of Valentine’s Day than a heart? This cute little crochet creation is a fab way to show your love to friends, family or a loved one this Valentine’s. The basic heart pattern is originally from Planet June, however I’ve adapted it for UK crochet terms, and added a few fun twists to turn a humble heart into 5 different gift ideas for Love Day. If you’d prefer the US terms for the crochet heart pattern, please visit June’s beautiful website.

Otherwise, let’s grab a hook and a selection of yarn and get ready to be creative with all things crochet hearts!
