Introducing the crochet Moss Blanket. I created and shared this blanket on my Instagram @bellacococrochet a LONG time ago. I actually started this blanket when we begun thinking about starting a family and I was convinced that when we became parents it would be to a little boy, which inspired the colours of the blanket (although I think it makes a beautiful unisex blanket) I particularly love how dense the stitches are and the weight of it really feels beautiful resting over your lap. The size I created is perfect for a lap blanket or a cot blanket for when the little ones get older.
I chose to use Stylecraft Special XL in Duck Egg and cream and you will also see the blanket made in different brand of yarn and colour way (King Cole Big Value Super Chunky in Cream and Pink). It’s suitable for all skill levels and I have put together an easy to follow PDF pattern in order for you to be able to keep it on your phone/pc or print it off.
